At AlwaysPlus Corporation, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable, transparent, and customer-centric shipping and return policies. Our comprehensive guidelines are designed to provide clarity and convenience for all our valued clients.
AlwaysPlus Corporation is committed to ensuring comprehensive nationwide accessibility of premium sanitary napkin products across India. We take pride in our extensive distribution network that guarantees reliable delivery to hospitals, healthcare institutions, government bodies, NGOs, distributors, and retail partners throughout the country.Our shipping capabilities ensure that quality menstrual hygiene solutions reach you efficiently and reliably. Through strategic partnerships with trusted logistics providers.

Shipping Policy-

• Standard and express shipping rates are provided during quotation.
• Products are packaged in gunny bags to ensure hygiene and prevent transit damage.
• Risk transfers to buyer upon dispatch. AlwaysPlus Corporation is not liable for losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
• All orders include tracking references with real-time status updates. Delivery confirmation provided upon receipt. Government orders delivered per GeM specifications.

RETURN POLICY-

Eligible Returns- Returns accepted within 5 days for defects or incorrect orders. 7days for manufacturing defects. Valid claims require original packaging and documentation. Opened or mishandled products are non-returnable.

Resolution Options-

• Approved returns eligible for: Product replacement (fastest), Credit note for future purchases, or Pro-rata adjustment for bulk orders.

• Non-Returnable Items- Custom/private label orders, items outside return window, and bulk orders with modified agreements are non-returnable.

JURISDICTION - All disputes governed by Indian law under Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction.
